Help! My Boss is a Micromanager

When your manager wants to provide input on every little thing, don’t get discouraged or frustrated. In fact, with a little planning and a slight change of attitude, you might even be able to turn it into a positive experience.
First, try to see things from your manager’s point of view. From there, you can begin to understand why she wants to be so involved in everything you do. Then, rationalize that it may be more productive for you to let your manager have some say in things. After all, she is the one who’s ultimately responsible for your success or failure.
